We accept that documents received are free of copyright and that you have full rights to the material provided. Translation fees must be fully paid before the service is carried out. Please let us know your preferences in the spelling of words or layouts so that we are able to deliver the service according to your needs.

    How does it work?

    You can send us your documents using the form above, or email: [email protected]

    Some translation works require us to view your original documents and you can do this by post, requesting us to send a messenger if you are in Bangkok, or make an appointment to visit us at our office.

    2. Get a Quote

    You will receive a quote from us within 24 hours and you are under no obligation to accept the quote.

    Prices may change depending on the number of words to be translated, the technical level of the text, and timeframe for delivery.

    3. Confirm and Proceed

    You can confirm to proceed with the translation by making a full payment.

    We accept payments via direct bank transfer and PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you are able to make the payment via credit card or debit card, through our convenient online channel.

    4. Translation Delivered

    One translator can normally translate between 1000-2000 words per day.

    Together with proofreading, we aim to deliver the translated work for a document less than 2,000 words within 3 working days.

    The translation can be delivered by e-mail, post, messenger, or to be picked up at our office.

    Notarial public services are carried out by a lawyer who holds a current attorney licence. A Notary Public will attach his signature, stamp, and seal so that you can use the document anywhere in the world.

    A Notary Public will be able to:

    Witness and Certify Signature,
    Witness and Certify Declaration.
